Spent 4 hrs at loves and crew couldn't mount the tire (apparently it was oval) 🙄, went across to vic's shop and it took 20 min to mount the tire.

Came here a couple months ago for a tire replacement on a 26footer it was satisfactory. Needed an alignment on a 53’ tandem axle dryvan trailer figured I could get it here being its a truck and trailer repair shop but the guy on the phone said they dont do them. Maybe should invest in that equipment since this is a pretty routine trailer service

So my guys definitely looked out. I broke down and they gave me the most economical option to fix my truck vs other options. They then let me leave my truck there for almost a whole month no problem while I made the money and got the parts I needed. Fixed it the second I dropped off the parts. Pricing was honest and affordable. I was insanely satisfied with not only the service but the professionalism. If I need any other work done, I now know where to go.

We were at a truck stop. Trailer wouldnt build air. Their guy came out and said we need ABS valve on our trailer, no parts available until Monday. Our driver pulled a video off of YouTube repaired the air line and was on his way in 30 min. Vics called and collected 487.30 for a road service, they did nothing but sent guy who knows nothing and wasted our time. Plus all the comments about bad attitude are 100% true. 0 stars would be appropriate because thats what they do, charge for 0 work done.
